Really struggling to get customers!!!

If you've been going so long with very little orders I would focus on converting your stock into cash while you get the issues with the website and limited product lines sorted.

Get yourself down to a market each weekend. You'll start selling which will help out your cash flow. I doubt with the current product range it's going to provide you will a living but will definitely help you out in the short term. Gradually build up your product offering and think of the website as an add on to your market stall.

You will then come to a point where you have enough product on your site to focus more on the online. At the moment you just don't seem to have the funding in place to make the online work.

Good luck with it and I'm slightly jealous - would love to sell on a market stall! Pick a market that people drive to.

Some tips from me as a graphic designer and developer:

1. Too much wasted space at the top. I have a 30" mac display with high resolution and I can barely see your products when first visiting the site. Shift everything up.

2. Have a graphic header or promo slider, not both.

3. Where is your title or description data? Having just Care4Cars Ltd. will not allow people to find you via search engines.

Play around on Google's keyword tools to see what the most common search words are for your business and get them in your title and description.

Hope that helps.
