Re-registering UK companies

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping you can help...

I set up two companies that never traded and let them become dissolved, rather than keep dormant due to the proposed venture not coming to fruition funding-wise.

The situation has changed and I'm looking to re-register the companies. I know I can do so for £16.99 as new entities, but think it would be best to re-register the struck off companies. As mentioned above, they never traded and never owed a penny to creditors. I just think it would be best to re-register them, rather than be the Director/Shareholder of dissolved companies as far as reputation goes.

I have found a few websites offering to re-register UK companies for a couple of hundred quid, but do any of you have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance

    Hi,
This is a service we provide as an administrative company restoration, which many people to use to keep the historic (old) company which I believe you want.
One thing to bear in mind is the cost of the fines for old accounts which would be overdue, sometimes the cost of the fines outweigh the benefit. If you would like a breakdown of all the costs gives us a bell and we'll happily get those for without obligation.
