RAM Memory Question

Hi Folks,

Can anyone help me, we have a PC that we could do with speeding up, it has 6 RAM slots and 2gb fitted in 3 of them giving us 6

I'd like to max the memory with good speed too, the ones we have are Geil 2GB PC3-12800 CL=8-8-8-28

The Motherboard is Gigabyte GA-x58A-UD3R

Can anyone tell me what memory will work please?

Which Windows version are you using? The 32 bit version only use 4GB of RAM, no matter how much is fitted.
