Quote system

Hiii,

I was wondering if a online system which I can install on my site exists or if anyone knows any company or person who can make it for me.

Basically what I am looking for a system where my customers can log on and they now have a screen with several options such as:

Get a quote
See quote requests
See past orders
See order status
Contact Us

So for "Get a quote", they click it, fill in a form and press send. It then shows them the quote status as "awaiting reply" or something.
We log on our account and see a list of pending quote requests, put in a price and when we do this, it sendw the customer an email saying their quote has been answered and when they log on and click on their quote requests status, it has a list headed "Quote Number / Date / Status / Download Quote"

This way they can see a record of what quotes they have asked for and we can see what they have asked, and have a neat online record of it for every customer.

We also want to be able to upload the sketches for the jobs and a pdf quote which the customer can download (basically be able to upload files).

Hope all that makes sense :). Thanks.

Personally I would thing it might be best to get one build. As it sounds like you need a fairly basic system & would probably spend more time customising an existing products than it would take to build a new one.

Do you have a website at the moment?

Many Thanks

Leo

Our website is quite basic at the moment and pages need updating and its only really for masons.

What would be ideal for us, is instead of masons emailing us their requirements of the headstone they require, they can just fill in a form on our system by logging on. We can then upload a pdf version of our quote instead of emailing it to them. That way they can see every quote they have requested and download it without having to go through their file and we can easily see which quotes are pending etc.

Having looked at your website, I would say the ideal way of doing it would be to take that "template" and add pages on with the functionality that you require.

Obviously without ironing out an exact specification its hard to be exact about how long it would take, but you shouldn't really be looking at more than a days work.

Many Thanks

I suggest you all check your computer checked after visiting this site. Avast flags that there is an Iframe-inf MALWARE present. To the OP you should check your code for infected countercheck iframe.
Hi,

I have re uploaded all the original web pages, does it still show this problem? If yes, is there any way I can find out where it is? Thanks.
