Quickbooks estimates

I'm using QB Pro 2014 on Windows 7. I want to be able to create estimates that can be converted into invoices on acceptance. I've Googled it and all I've found says that the option can be found under the "Customers" tab but it's not there in my package. Do I have to set it up and if so, how.
