Hi all,
A couple of weeks ago I had my first Spongebob success - a company was successfully struck off, no objections from creditors.
My question is, the company bank account is still active and it still has a Direct Debit set up to pay off the VAT arrears (not much, £150/month to clear less than £1500) so what happens now? Will HMRC realise that the company is stuck off and cancel the Direct Debit? What about my HMRC online account, will it be closed?
I don't want to get into the position of having to tell them 'sorry, you missed your chance' but not sure on what to do now...
Thanks so much
