Ignoring the cost advantage. You are outsourcing work to a company who should have all of the relevant equipment and personnel to deal with anything you throw at them. Along with all of the operational advantages as well as the people management, politics been taken off your plate.

My company offers fulfilment services. If you want to discuss anything further, I'll be happy to help. PM me if you have any questions or require any further assistance.

So far I have:

No requirement for holiday pay as part of staff T&Cs
No requirement for holiday pay for public holidays
No requirement to pay sick pay
No IT costs
No redundancy pay

What else am I missing?

Erm you're missing quite a lot if you believe the above to all be true.

Firstly, the worker is entitled to 28 days holiday per year, though I acknowledge that the agency will probably invoice your company an hourly or daily rate, out of which they will pay the holiday pay.

Same issue with sick pay.

IT cost.... what about licences for software you use? Do you want them to have an @frimley111r domain.

As regards redundancy pay, I suggest you familiarise yourself with TUPE and also check very carefully the small print between yourself and the outsourcing company.

Also be aware that these workers may be able to claim against your company - look up "implied employment".

Other things.... do you have a data protection issue with forwarding information to a third party? Would your clients like it? Who insures these people? And lots more besides.
