Im new to quick accounts and am having a bit of bother. Does anyone know how you save an invoice as a PDF To email it?

On Quickbooks there is an option on the File menu to 'Save as pdf' or if you are using Quickfile accounts, you need to see THIS article

Many accounting/bookkeeping packages have the facility to email PDF invoices.

I use Accounts Portal as do many of my firms clients it works very well.
