What software do you recommend for building sites (I need an image site, not something too big), something for SEO web designers who have no idea about that code thing!

Use Wordpress or Joomla. There's a learning curve but you don't really need to know any code if you don't want anything too fancy.

I would also go with Joomla. You can find joomla for dummies on the net which will help you start getting your head around it all.

What's that got to do with anything, I'm a horrible person I know that...it doesn't alter the relevance of my original comment does it?

An 'SEO web designer' as you phrased isn't going to be much good at SEO or Web Design if he doesn't have any idea about 'that code thing' as you also put it.

Would you go to a dentist who didn't know about 'those teeth things'?
