Hi,
I'm planning to start an online auction business. I noticed that all professional auction sites provide escrow service for safe transaction/transfers. (I'm planning to trade with domains, websites etc. and not actual goods).
So my question is, how do you offer escrow service? I guess you need some kind of permission from an authority as well.
