hi guys im in the process of starting a letting and property management company and wondered if anyone out there could be useful or provide me with info etc...

looking for help and advice with a number of issues

- property management software
- lettings website
- name, logo and brand image
- to let boards
- good marketing methods
- insurnace providers
- etc...

Looking at starting online first and then maybe branch out to a town shop within a year. I have researched alot of this myself, but welcome what you have to say

Do you need an office at the moment?
Can you work from a small area at home?This will save you a great deal of money.Then if it all goes well for you,consider renting office space.

Not West Malling, but got a very cheap office to let in Gillingham.
