Hi, can anyone recommend a good property management software program?

Thanks

Hi Danny,
I just came across your post. There is quite a wide range of software systems for the lettings industry so do your homework.

A couple of pointers in choosing a platform.

- Cloud based (gives you access when you need it and most platforms will update your database at least daily)
- Terms and conditions (Look for no minimum term of contract, any software that requires support costs should raise a flag)
- Most importantly what are the main needs for your agency in a platform and does the software manage your needs easily.

Most platforms offer a trial so you will be able to test before you buy. I am from a property management software platform called Rentview, why not check us out and if I can be of any help to you please feel free to ask.

Best of luck
Andreas

Hi Danny

We provide a full back office function to letting agents including software and websites. Our software is used by many national franchises and has automatic update links to tens of property portals including rightmove and zoopla.

It also comes with a fully functioning sales package included should you ever decide to add to your services. Sales are creeping back and may well prove to be a good asset.

Another bonus is that there is no purchase cost for the software (website £500 +VAT). Ongoing costs from £35pcm depending on the number of users.

If you are interested please do get in touch.

Danny,
Is it letting management software you are looking for or is it property management for leasehold blocks of flats ? Lettings seems to be pretty well covered as requirements are relatively simple however the block property management or freehold managing agent companies are not so well catered for.

I'd agree, I'm looking for something that, as a private landlord, lets me simply record rental income, scan receipts and record expenditure and then break all that down for the self assessment. Does that exist?
