I am trying to rent an apartment and the landlord is asking for Bank Statements. But I get paid in cash? What can I do to get proof of income?

Small, legitimate ones - if you run a small business where all your customers pay cash it makes more sense to pay wages in cash than to pay fees to bank cash;
Criminal ones.
