I'm a sole trader whose company is a dating website with over 100,000 members, mainly from the United States but also the UK.
I'm concerned a member of my website will eventually be sexually assaulted by another member and as a consequence attempt to sue my company (me).
Does anyone have advice on the type of insurance I need and some good providers? And do I need professional indemnity insurance or public indemnity insurance?
