Professional Business Plan Advisor?

I recently wrote a business plan. Great for organising my thoughts etc., but I wonder is it actually any good as a business plan (before I start forking out money)? Is it possible to find professional advice and employ someone to critique my plan? I don't need to borrow money and won't be approaching a lender so I'm the only one to read my plan.
