problems accessing opencart website

For the last 6 months or so I have running my web shop with Opencart and have been a frequent visitor to their website and particular the forum for advice and information.
In the last week I have been unable to access anything to do with opencart apart from my own shop. I have tried to access it via Yahoo search, a bookmarked page and using a google search. The page when clicking on the link comes up with 'the page cant be displayed'
This is beginning to annoy me obviously and I have tried many ways to access it without any luck. I have upgraded to ie 10 and this has made no difference. My service provider is Virginmedia and I am beginning to wonder if they have blocked it for a reason. I can access it no problem on my blackberry but its a bit of a pain in the a to use that for any length of time.
Can anyone help me before I totally crack up!

Perhaps your server has some kind of protection against invalid password attempts (or similar) and this has simply blocked your IP address?

If you can access it via other ISPs, others probably can too so it'll be something specific to you.

Ask your hosting provider to see if they can see why you are blocked.

Its not actually my own website/shop I cannot access. Its the opencart website and forum which I am having difficulty. I can get into front and backend of my own site ok.
Even when I click on help in the backend of my site I should be taken direct to opencart and I am getting a this is not available message!!!!
