Problem with Google Anayltics

I've just decided to remove my Gmail account from google.

For some reason, having done this (despite my Google account login remaining identical) i can no longer access my analytics data; it simply asks me to signup!

Any ideas?

The login to Analytics uses an email address as the username, does it not?

Were you using the Gmail address as the login username?

Sabian, this must be a google bug or something. I mean between gmail account and analytics account the only connection is the google brand.
I hope they don't save similar login data on same databases.

I home your problem is just temporary!
As far as I know mailing google is not a solution

I've managed to email analytics support

When you get to the very end of the help pages (having not found a solution) you can contact their support team directly. Theres obviously a glitch... fingers crossed i'll get it sorted soonish - i definately don't want to lose all my data!!!

It could be possible that your gmail stored cookie is interfering with analytic cookie.

This could be the reason why google is asking for a new signup. :|

Well i've re-tried signup and says im choosen domain(s) are already in use, so there obviously stored somewhere and haven't been lost... i'll await a reply from Google...
