I am looking to find some private residential landlord data which I can use to market my company.

First of all, are there any free ways to do this?

If not, has anyone previously used a reputable company and found the data to be effective?

Thanks, I am aware of LandlordZone and others, but want to obtain data-sets for marketing purposes. Forum involvement is a different thing (albeit important!)

Hi I have 3700 landlord data all have brought a tenacy agreement from me in the last 2 years

We actually generate a Residential Landlord database that consists of just over 82,000 records, UK wide.

We can actually breakdown as far as postcode area so you can cherry pick the postcodes that are of interest
