Print on demand service for Calendar

Hi, I'm trying to find a reliable and cost effective service for a print on demand service for a calendar. All the proceeds will go to charity so its cost effectiveness is important. To clarify the print on demand means that the person buying the calendar either orders it direct from the printers or through us when they want to order one. This is as opposed to us buying in bulk. Can anyone recommend a service?
