Prince's trust enterprise programme

Hi all, have been reading through other threads on here about the prince's trust enterprise programme which have been very helpful, and just have a quick question regarding the initial information session, and what I need to bring.

I do not yet have a business plan but was told I may get help with putting this together. I am looking to sell my clothing designs online, so will be bringing some pictures of these with me, plus my logo design, and details of the online retail outlets I'll be selling through, aside from my own site. Is there anything else I should be taking with me?

Also will it just be a casual meeting (if so will smart/casual dress be appropriate)? Will I be expected to present my business idea at this stage or just to discuss it informally?

I'm probably worrying too much but just want to know what to expect and dont want to be unprepared.

Thanks!

You're worrying too much :D

Dress smart/casual, you don't have to wear a suit but equally you need to give a professional image.

As an informal chat they will probably discuss what you need to bring to the next meeting. I always found the Prince's Trust very easy to deal with and very helpful. They will just want an outline of the business, so if you're nervous write up a summary of your business idea and give them a copy of it so they can keep it in your folder.

They will probably try to match you up with a Mentor so the informal chat will be to gauge how much assistance you need and if you need any funding etc.

I am involved with Prince's trust Wales, and theya re easy to deal with. What you need to bring is a clear idea of what you want to do. They normally run a course that will allow you to work through everything you need.

The most important thing is that you have a clear idea of what you want to achieve, and what resources you have or don't have :)
