Preview Topics, by hovering mouse

I've seen on a number of forums the ability to preview a topic by hovering the mouse, uses the link title property.

Here's an example

Could it be switched on here?
If it easy to do, of course

nice, not seen that before.

It's not something you can just 'switch on' with this forum but it can be done fairly easily with a few code tweaks.
