Premium rate sms help

I'm looking to include a sms help line for my business.
I want customers to be able to text a message including their email to a number and charge them a small charge to do so. I will reply to the customers via email.
What company can I use to do this? Some providers do not allow customers to send a message/question and some seem like a bit of a con.
Any help is welcome.

I do not need a unique number or anything fancy, I just want a service where customers can send a question to me and i can make a bit of money out of it.
Simpler for me to manage the better.
