PPC Google Adwords Help

Hello all is there anybody out there who can help me with my google adwords campaign, only one in every 200 customer buys from my website what can i do to convert this to 1 in every 10 customers please, could it be down to the following reasons? I am using Phrase Match not Broad Match. Thank You

use exact match, and we can't help you without considerably a lot more information, maybe you should look to hire a ppc expert/agency

what about google analytics ? adwords statistics alone won't tell you nothing about the usage of the website!

Dreadful website. eg I cant find any 'Search' option. That's critical when looking for spares.
Forget about adwords. Sort out the site. Look at Trading Depot

I have to agree with the above, the website is very poor.

You should stop doing adwords for now and spend the money on a professional web design and move away from Wix if that's what you're using. Ask a web designer to help you select a more focussed ecommerce software provider.

I'm not even sure this website works at the moment. I just tried adding a product to the cart but when I click the cart it just goes to the Contact Us page......

Agreed with the above. We're not allowed to give "website reviews" unless you're a full member but there are lots of little things you need to fix.

Spelling and grammar, for a start.

Why on earth do you have a "thank you" page?

Like JamieM says, adding a product to the cart either doesn't work or is broken when you click on the cart to see what's in it.

Your contact us page lists a different web page address to the actual page address, has a horrible black on blue colour scheme for the address, and uses at least eight different font formats in the text.

It looks amateurish. There's no real surprise why people aren't buying from you if that's what they see.

And please, please, ditch the autoplaying video.

I've not had a look at your site but from reading the comments above you need to address quite a few issues on site.

1 sale in 200 visits is pretty poor but you would be very lucky to get 1 in 10. Conversion rates to websites can vary depending on the product but the a conversion of 5-7% is normally considered good.
