Posting URL in thread under 15 posts... But im not!

Hi all,

I was introducing myself in the introduction section and clicked quote to reply back to that person.

However, I got the message I could not post a URL under 15 posts!
I had no URL and neither did the person I was quoting :|

If I took out the quote it posted fine! lol.

Just thought it must be a bug and wanted to inform you guys

Hi there,

I see what the problem is - Sally's username is Sally@CC, and vBulletin (the software this forum runs on) will have identified the @ character in Sally's name as a link.

Sorry about that - the forum rules are only as smart as the software behind it!

Anyway, a warm welcome to UKBF, and I hope you find the forums useful.

You can change your username if you like - as long as no-one else has the one you want. PM me and we'll change it.
