I have a product that I need to package for posting. I was hoping some experienced business people on here may be able to help me!
I want to ship this product using Royal Mail's large letter postage. My product will need packaging with internal dimensions of 260mm x 100mm x 20mm (depth). (These are rounded to nice numbers so they are not minimums).
I am looking for a box that will not exceed 25mm externally on the depth.
The product weights 55g so a box of a weight of around 30g is good (I don't have any packaging in hand to weigh so I don't know how reasonable this is!).
I was looking for a cardboard wrap that I can wrap the product in and this will be ideal but I can't seem to find many of these (they all seem to be for books which are much thicker).
I have looked at postage bags but they seem a bit cheap and tacky?
Any suggestions will be welcomed!
