Possible obligation?

Hello, I am a new company and as a first mail, I got some mail as below.

"Hello
I'm looking for a mold production to export.
a single cavity for medical device
please find the file attached
no need for hot runners"

Everything seemed fine but when I saw product, it looks "Grinder" and I don't know if it is really medical device. Grinders are objects that are used for grinding up your weed into a power like substance, making it easier to roll into joints. I will just order mold but not product.

I would like to ask that if I will have any problems when I import mold? Will it be totally legal?

There is nothing illegal about making or importing a product which could possibly be used to grind weed.

They’re openly for sale in shops all over the civilised world.

But what are ‘hot runners’, and why are they not required?

Hot runner is an injection type. With hot runner, you just get products. On the other hand you get extra plastic which follows the sprue and goes till product, then you need to break it and use again. Hot runners mean extra cost, for example mold will cost around 2900 euros but with hot runner system, it will cost around 7000.

Hot runners are good for manufacturing millions of products. For example; bottle caps, syringe.
