Pop Up Shops - what are your experiences?

Hi Everyone,

I have some colleagues in Glasgow looking to try out pop-up shops... Despite the apparent availability of vacant retail property, we are struggling to find landlords willing to agree to short leases, etc.

Does anyone have any experience in this area or know of any online resources that might be helpful?

All i can say on the matter mark is that they are defo working, a Nike pop up shop came to our local shopping area around 1 year ago, needless to say it hasn't yet popped away.

What the the reasons for them not agreeing? Do they simply want to hold out for long term holders or do they have other concerns that you can help remove?
