As a company that sells thousands of Polo Shirts, what are you going to make that is different to the other players in this field, after t-shirts the polo is probably the most copied garment in the world with a very large number of companies making them from very low value to very high value and makers wanting a few thousand of each size to make them for you
In my opinion you will find in near impossible for a start-up to get going in this market without serious capital
I did a small enterprise doing this, fruit of the loom polo shirts are good as they are a popular brand that people know is reliable and hardwearing. There are printing companies that supply the tshirts and print the design you want. Your first order may be expensive as there are design set up fees, individual colour costs, cost of shirt and cost of putting it to print, then delivery. Take all these into consideration and future orders will hopefully have a higher profit margin.
Just google print logo on t shirt and loads of suggestions come up as this seems to be very popular at the moment.
I agree with Chris Ashdown that it will be very difficult to find angel investors for your business idea because from what I've heard so far there is nothing innovative in your idea (no offence).
