I would really appreciate if anyone could suggest fair accountant.
I have all my paperwork done, just need someone to sort of check it and prepare form, and preferably for fair price.

Is location important?
Type of business?
Sole trader, partnership, Ltd?

Hi,
I do not think location is important, at least not for me.
I am sole trader importing goods from China and selling them on ebay. I hit my VAT threshold in around march 2014 and that is when my VAT registration started, I made my first VAT payment in July, I not sure if it matters for 13/14 accounting.
But other than that everything is pretty simple.
