Hi UKBF members, I would appreciate getting feedback on our website. We are a marketing automation agency that sells SharpSpring software licenses to help B2B companies.
We also help them implement and fully utilize the SharpSpring Software. We serve clients in the US, UK, AU, NZ, and Sweden

Website: https://funnelbud.com/en/

Thanks

The most confusing thing about the site is the two offers: marketing automation and CRM.

Whilst they are connected they aren't the same thing. If I sell cheap socks I want marketing automation. If I'm buying leads I want a CRM.

I also seems you are only B2B (not that I've heard of any of those businesses).

A bit further down the page you seem to suggest you are an agency.

I then discover its not your software. When I look at the sharpspring site It makes a lot more sense and I can get it for $150/month cheaper.

I don't need you.

I had a look at the free demo thing. I don't want a fixed date/time. I just want to have a play in my own time when I'm free. In any case, when I click on the link I get a 404. So that's doesn't fill me with confidence.

None of your team appear to be in the UK and I can't find a support number or UK office address.

I understand the synergy between the sales automation and the CRM.
    • I missed the Free Demo option; until I saw the one half way down the home page. Suggest make that more prominent.
    • The Americanisation of the language would have put me off straight away. I'm in the UK and would be looking for a UK provider so probably would have left the moment I saw the word "Personalized Marketing" in the menu - but for you I hung around ;)
    • So many words, so many. I am a visual learner, I prefer diagrams so the volume of words is putting me off. Can you not break down pages like the Marketing Automation page into bite size chunks?
Overall I do agree with fiscix that the messaging isn't clear. The website initially makes me believe you're purely a software provider. I then see messaging about blogging and LinkedIn advertising, for example, and my immediate concern is who is going to write that blog content or manage those ads because I don't have time to. I get that the software can manage the leads and nurture them, but who's creating those ads.

There is just too much text for me personally so I'm struggling to maintain my attention on the page even though I'm only looking for a review here, I can feel myself drifting away. I wouldn't read it all, I'm looking for big bullet points and pictures but that's just me. If your goal is to sell software licences then I'd simplify that messaging and remove items that may make the reader worried about extra work (like blogging), or alternatively make more about your business being the agency and the software is a USP that you're able to provide to backup the work you can do for your clients.

The consulting services included didn't alleviate my concerns because from what I quickly could make out, they seemed from what I made out to be supporting getting the most out of the software. I'd expect that anyway, what I would be looking for is who is going to create and manage our LinkedIn marketing, manage our facebook Ads, write our blog content...do all that. I then about a 3rd way down the page see your text about why we are different - and you talk about the software being in addition to the marketing support you provide. This is why I feel the messaging isn't clear.
The big red demo button at the bottom of the home page should be at the top, but again depends if you are selling the software or your agency services.

You drop 6 tracking cookies from 3 different services without asking, or even giving lip services with a privacy policy anywhere. No T&Cs I could find. No company name or registration details, no physical address. These things = no trust.
