Please help Tamar :(

i dropped the young lady an email.

Sad thing is, this is nothing new, according to my wife, millions across the nation are denyied life saving teatment on grounds of expense.
As often as she argues, the NHS is no longer working, better to scrap it.
I will not start a debate, but i will add, i disagree with that comment my wife made.

My thoughts, and prayers are with tamar, and others like her

I agree with your wife, scrap the NHS !! The goverment don't want it, why do you think funding is now allocated with the new local PCT's?? They dont wat the hassle of it.....why do you think there are massive waiting lists for NHS dentists, coz there is no money for NHS dentistry.....they don't want the hassle of it.....better to go private.

Alas, this young lady has to learn the hard way....my thoughts are with her...but as you can see by paying private you will attain a better level of service, promptly and efficiently.

Sorry don't want to start a rant!!

i felt really bad when I heard her story.. it made me think of my sister..she has a blood condition (white blood cells are very low at certain times of the month) like a cycle sort of thing, goes up and down.. around the time its low, she gets infections in her mouth and her stomach... painful stuff..all year round.

when we took her to the doctor they did NOTHING for her! and what's worse, the other day the doctor prescribed for her something..she wasnt sure of it..when she checked on the net what it had.. she was in shock. the medication has peneciline! and she is can't have that! when she faced him with it.. she said: oh dont worry, that won't do anything!!!!!!!

the idiottttttttttttttttttt!! damn NHS!

i would further comment, but after further deliberation decide best not to. I had posted a reply, but decided better to remove it.
I ahve my views on the NHS, but this is neither the time nor the place to air them.

The post was started in good spirit, so i will let it continue as such :)

I will only say i wish Tamar all the very best.

Now i am venturing back to the land of Del Boy, and Alf Garnet as i rtn home to Dagenham, Essex to visit the family i have hardly seen all year.

Festive greetings to you all
