Hello,

I have registered the company more than a year ago and it is my first time filing the accounts. I have not started trading and I am the only director. I am actually late and should have done this last November.
Could I have help letting me know if the details I am submitting are correct, please?

Called up share capital not paid: 0
Cash at bank and in hand: 1 (is it correct shall write 0?)
Net assets: 1 (Is it correct or shall I write 0)

Number of shares: 1
Enter share class: ordinary
Value of each share: 1 (not sure about this one)
Current period: 1 (not sure about this one)
Shareholder fund: 1 (not sure about this one too)

Thank you :)

Your net assets must equal the total value of shareholders’ funds.
The shareholder’ funds are the number of shares multiplied by their unit price. This will be as per the incorporation.

Your net assets will be cash or Called up share capital not paid depending upon whether the shareholders have paid for them or not.

The two columns represent the current year and prior year. The latter not being relevant if first year.

Please be aware that there are penalties for late filing and automatic strike off for non delivery of forms. Unless you are wanting the company for its name or some other commercial reason I would consider whether it is worth keeping compared with the on-going administration.
