Please advice online accounting software

Hello,

Can someone please advice online accounting software that supports:

- multiple bank accounts each with its own currency
- ability to raise invoices with custom numbering, like (john1, john2 and jane1, jane2, etc)

Software must handle vat100, vat101 and other reports including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and Trial Balance.

I'm not sure but I think the ones to look into would be Xero and FinancialForce.

Xero will do most of that. It will only automatically produce one sequence of invoice numbering however, so you could set it up to to John1, John2. You can number invoices Jane1 Jane2 but would have to manually override. Depending on why you need this, you could probably achieve what you want by having one invoice sequence and using "tracking."

Everything else is simple, and the multi currency handling in Xero is better than anything else that I've seen

I agree with David, Xero is good, I also don't know whether some of the smaller Sage packages do it as well? For example Sage Online is one of the most competitively priced.

We also do a Microsoft variant called RapidNAV for Finance and that'll also enable you to raise custom invoicing and work in multiple currencies.
