Playing the Radio at Work?

I am just setting up a new business and have read with great interest various threads on the licences required if you have the radio playing in the workplace; but none seem to answer my simple question of:

Will I need a PRS or PPL licence or both?

I would be grateful of any comments/direction.

For background I am setting up a small e-commerce business only receiving deliveries (no shop) & posting out orders, employing just myself.

Lone workers from research tend to be exempt as the licence is to entertain. If you are not entertaining anyone else then it should be ok.

Should you hold a meeting etc assume you would not have the distraction of background noise.

A perverse thought is, if you play the radio/tv loud enough for neighbours to hear do you need a performance licence? lol

Apparently even if you only play 'Talk Radio' you need a music licence if audible to others.
