I have also been mis-sold a phone contract withPlan.com and their partner company Sunny Communications. No one initially told me I was dealing with two companies as Sunny Communications mislead me to believe they were Plan.com. They promised to pay my buy out from O2 and after weeks and weeks of chasing them, I have still not recieved a penny. I now have O2 issuing Default Notices and I cannot get Sunny Communications to answer the phone. Another partner company Prestige Telecom have now got involved and again I am just being passed from pillar to post. I have literally spent hours and hours trying to get this sorted, having already paid Plan.com £237.00 for "Out of bundle usage and mobile & mbb charges." When asked to explain these I was again passed from pillar to post, but I was told if I didn't pay then the money would not be released from Sunny Communications! I have finally had enough and have asked Plan.com for my PAC code so that I can try to go back to O2 and sort out something regarding the £571.19 that I owe them due to leaving. My only problem is that Plan.com now want a £1790.46 disconnection fee!!!! I really am at a loss what to do, if I cancel this contract will their disconnection fee be valid? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Is there anyone else who has successfully dealt with these people because most forums suggest not.... THIS SEEMS TO BE A REAL SCAM

As above it's going to be about whats written in the contract. It would appear Plan.com are providers and have a scheme for others to sell their products. Did you check out Sunny Communications I have to say their website does not reflect their company accounts or the run down looking bungalow that is their registered office. did you do any homework on them

I had both a positive and negative setup process with Plan.com - hope this helps a bit ...

I was moving from another provider, so effectively O2 had to be paid off for that old contract. Plan said they would cover all the costs and, after fairly minimal pain, after getting the invoice from O2, I passed that onto Plan and they paid it within a few days (to me), and I then paid that onto O2.

    That part worked quite well.

On the downside, I felt I was missold - effectively ended up paying more than a reasonable amount for 2 x ipad connections on top of the normal phones stuff. It was all 'part of the deal' (as they explained), but I did feel cheated.

But, a learning experience ready for when the next renewal time comes round.
