Hello,
Whenever we get a missed call or just get called by a number we do not recognize many of us rely on Google to find information about it. As some of you know, there are some pages who provide user comments about phone numbers, whether it was a telemarketing call, just nuisance, etc.
I was wondering what are the legal implications for someone (ie. company) in the UK who would want to provide a service not just for UK numbers but from other countries as well. Please do note that I'm not referring to a reverse lookup service, but a similar service where the information contained is created and provided by users.
