    Hi All

Our phone system consists of a multiline (2 lines on the same number) analogue Panasonic system. The system is fine, however we are with BT and have had some issues with billing and as such are considering changing.

We also have a separate line which we use for our alarm and broadband.

We are struggling to find any service providers who can offer the multiline connection, does anyone have any suggestions?

We cannot go down the VOIP route as the internet connection to our industrial estate is very intermittent and quite slow (2mb on a good day, at least 20 drop outs a day!)

Redsquid, we are at the end of a very long bit of damp string that joins us to the exchange. BT / Openreach have a policy of only providing fibre to residential areas, in fact we are surrounded by housing which have this facility along with the most recent additions to our estate, but there is no prospect of having fibre anytime soon. We could go leased line...... but that is mega expensive...

Mike, I will investigate Titan, We use voipfone for our fax number so I am aware of them, I will have chat with them tomorrow to see if that would be a possibility

We can provide Multi-line rental services over BT lines (as long as it isn't Feature line with hunt group). We can take over the billing without any disruption to service. No lengthy contracts and excellent rates plus UK support. Feel free to drop me a PM with your line numbers and I will put a quote together for you.

    Thanks,

    Simon
