Personal stock market investing

Can anyone advise of an established UK based investment / financial advisor firm that will manage a simple portfolio of index funds (mix UK, US/Global stocks and bonds) with periodic re-balancing and reasonable annual fees? (Note: I'd do this myself but it's for a company I'm helping and they would prefer to engage a company to do it)
