    Hi there,

I have recently sadly lost my Mum who wasn't even 60 and she never claimed her pension.

I am the only beneficiary on the Will and have been informed I can withdraw this amount, i'm not sure who to go to though?

An option I would like to consider is put her pension money into my own pension pot as to speak if that's possible?

    Thank you

State pension stops when you die unfortunately. It cannot be put anywhere else unless to a partner.

Who said you could withdraw it? That's only for separate private pensions I think?
