Hi all

Received a letter from cardsave today saying have to register for PCi compliance (basically fill out a questionaire).
Its free for this year as long as we fill out the questionaire by May - if we don't they'll charge £7.50 per month.
Next year they are going to charge £13 a year for PCi compliance.

Has anyone else received this letter?

Also I was just wondering how you should store your PDQ receipts. At the moment at the end of each month (once Im sure of no returns) I stick them in a sealed envelope and store them in the relevant years accounts box in our loft. Is this OK? :|

Thanks
Sobie

We use a simple cashing-up sheet, created in excel, and staple the PDQ receipts, banking ticket and Z report from the PDQ machine to it. Plus the Z report from the till. It also has room for a daily tot-up of the till float.
