PC Support Contracts (UK)

Can anyone recommend GOOD 24/7-365 Remote PC Support - Need a company/support team that deal with advanced support like Raids, Network issues, Bios/Boot issues etc... Ideally UK based.

Any suggestions?

On site not required as I can take most things apart with guidance and I built my current PC.
1x Office PC
1x Drobo NAS Drive
1x Laptop
1x BT business hub

Looking for support on disaster management and business continuity but whenever I call up those helplines I seem to know more than them.... but I have blind spots so need support on things like Raids and Cloning drives etc.

However before we go that far, you say you dont need on-site support, but want support with items such as RAID configurations and BOOT issues, which cant really be worked on remotely? (unless your taking virtualised machines?)

I like it when people are open and honest about promoting there own company.... Makes business a lot easier! I know you probably don't want to say on the forum but what sort of costs are we looking at..... also what sort of time of day are you available as I work strange hours and like the idea of support 24/7 BUT I am aware that having 24/7 support probably means the tech ppl are not that techy as its scripted support. I don't have a huge budget but just trying to plan at the moment. I am based in Warwickshire.
