Paypal/PDT and Cubecart

Hey, ok i setup a little cubecart store the other day and intregrated paypal, when i got to the checkout after payment it wouldnt take me back to the store, so had to use PDT and the changed coding this went all fine. In paypal i had to put the domain of the store it would be going back too.

now onto my problem, i want to open up another small cubecart store on a different domain but same paypal account. Will this work? As ill need to setup the PDT for that also but the domain bit is already taken on paypal.
