Paypal integration with Mailchimp

Has anyone set up the paypal integration with Mailchip - allowing each email address to be automatically pulled into mailchimp mailing list?

I was about to when i read this bit: "If you've set up a shopping cart system that processes transactions through PayPal, our integration may not be the best choice for adding buyers to your list. Each PayPal transaction can have only one notification URL, and most shopping cart systems send a transaction-specific URL to PayPal so you can track payments in the shopping cart program. This overrides the MailChimp IPN needed for the PayPal account."

Since I have both Ebay paypal sales and checkout paypal sales, I don't think its going to work?

Anyone got any info/advice?

I tried it! Set it up and run an order through the website. It did not appear in Mailchimp :-(

Will wait and see if it works from Ebay orders...

Very disappointing...

Yeah!! It does work with Ebay - three emails added automatically tonight to list!
