Paypal Holds

Hi I am beginning to get frustrated by paypal's policy on holding my money. Is there a quicker way they release your money without relying on the seller leaving positive feed back

PS: I have tried to send sellers emails asking them to comment on the product quality but this produces very little reply.

Also I do dispatch products next day and package them well

Not really. The 21 day hold will disappear once your feedback builds up.

Nothing you can do, getting emails from customers won't help. Just suck it up and keep providing great service, it will disappear i'm sure.

Did you get bad feedback at one point?

I got to 70 feedbacks and they didnt hold money - got 2 negatives and they decided to start holding my money. Have over 300 now and they still do it

With two negatives and 70 feedbacks, your feedback percentage would have fallen below the necessary performance standard. It is eBay who instruct PayPal to hold your money, so all you need to do is set up a new eBay account and link it to your paypal account.

You will receive an introductory 21 day hold but if you keep your 100% feedback and high DSR ratings (free postage helps) the holds will stop.

To set up a new selling account you need a new landline telephone number. Soho66 offer geographical numbers for your area which you can forward to your landline.
