Payment sense contract

hi there ,

I've just tried to cancel my card machine to betold by payment sense that I'm In a 60 month contract, and I've got 21 months left . I asked them to send me a copy of the contract I signed as I didn't remember signing one for this long ... they sent it and it has been electronically signed, but it isn't my signature . I emailed them back and said that isn't my signature to which they replied it can look different !

Did you do it verbally, over the phone? They may have a recording (though if this is the case, then they should say so).

Have you got any paperwork relating to your payment to them at all?
Presuming of course you agreed to have a card machine.

If its electronically signed, then it is a digital signature, so it won't look like your written signature.

If you've got 21 months to go then presumably they've been providing you with payment processing for the last 29 months.

In which case there is a contract is place, whether you remember agreeing it or not.

unfortunately, Patyment Sense are notorious for mis selling and its been going on for years. They are known to be the cowboys of the industry simply because majority of their sales staff are self employed.
I am on your side on this one.

Payment Sense offer 3 year agreements but the commissions are a lot more attractive on the 5 year terms so its in the sales persons interest to manipulate the application e-sign

I would suggest go to their complaints dept and if they do not help then go directly to Visa to complain

The signature is an electronic one. You have to do it through your email address, where you type in your name and the documents signs it for you electronically. Are you a sole trader?
