I need a payment processor that accept payments from Zimababwe asap. I thought I was just going to use Paypal but Paypal doesn't accept payments from Zimbabwe for political reasons.

Google Checkout accepts payments from there my reasearch on them isnt very positive and it seems they sit on your money for about 30 days before releasing it.

Currently I have registered with Moneybookers and the procedure if for the customer to open an account with them and then pay me. Its not ideal but perhaps the only half decent solution I have found so far. I have requested an upgrade from them to accept online payments and the verification take a few more days and I really need a processor asap.

Is there any processor out there that accepts payments from Zimbabwe that I have missed out on. I don't want to open a separate merchant account nor do I want those that keep my money for weeks. Advise please

I'm not sure if there will be any that offer accounts in the UK that will process money from that part of the world.

Generally the advice when doing business in that area is to insist on a direct from bank transfer, cleared in advance with no form of payer protection in place.

For good reason.

could I be a little rude and ask what your selling to people in Zimababwe and howlong you have been doing it for? although I agree with what movietub has said, I would prefer to not be to judgemental but thats hard without knowing more info.
