So I am looking for a payment gateway due to not being able to accept paypal any longer..

This is the sort of thing I am looking for -pay.g2a.com

I want something similar to this but not such a wait for the funds to be released, if anyone knows of companies offering this type of thing for accepting payments via website, please post below. Thanks.

You have not provided enough information for anyone who understands Payment Gateways and Merchant accounts to be able to offer you any advice.

What are you selling, how much do you expect to turnover on cards per month, where are you based, where is your target market ?

Hi there...

Integrated online payment solutions tend to have longer settlement dates and higher transaction costs. You may wish to consider applying for a merchant services account where in most cases funds are settled in a much shorter period, in some cases within 24hours. In order to apply for a merchant account you need to have a payment gateway that can integrate to your existing requirements.

Applying for a merchant account is a relatively straight forward procedure, however there are various factors that are taken into consideration that we would need to understand in order to suggest the right solution for you.

Everything is going to depend on the specific situation and the following factors should be taken into account while choosing a payment processing solution:
  • your processing volume;
  • your location and the nature of your business (high risk or not);
  • some specific functionality which you might need.
I can recommend you the following PayPal alternatives: Stripe, Payoneer, Skrill, Payza, etc.

Also I can share an article with you which might be helpful to you: http://unipaygateway.com/en/unipay-gateway-payment-advice/challenges-of-startup-merchants

Take a look at stripe, you have to wait 7 days to get the money into your account but they just charge per transaction and don't get tied into a contract. Not as cheap as a proper merchant account (if you are doing volume) but useful when starting out imo.
