Payment Clearing in the Courts Clearing System ?

Not sure if anybody has experience of the above?

I have had a CCJ go to Execution of warrant stage, the court bailiff has advised me of the above status but said it takes 3 weeks to clear.

Is this the case & why.

I have had a CCJ go to Execution of warrant stage, the court bailiff has advised me of the above status but said it takes 3 weeks to clear.

'Execution of warrant' doesn't mean payment's received, it means that the button to collect has been pressed. I suspect the 3 weeks is the average time that their collections take (including processing payment etc ....assuming collection is successful).

If the CC Bailiff has received payment and is advising payment take 3 weeks to clear it could be the case he has received payment via credit/debt card.
