I created a C Corp in the US a few months ago as I needed a EIN number to publish on an online American platform. I'm a digital publisher.
I now have a UK limited company and a Corp and ideally I want to pay all tax in the UK. It's cleaner, easier and it means I can keep money in the company instead of taking it out as personal income.
I was advised by the US agent to set up a C Corp and not an LLC, as the revenue from the LLC would be deferred to as personal income in the UK and not my limited company.
My question is, is it legal to charge my C Corp a service management fee and then transfer the funds into my UK account? This is what the agent told me, but I don't want to work with him anymore as he's very aloof.
So the way I understand it, the service fee would be whatever the monthly revenue is from the US.
I've really struggled to find a US/UK accountant. Any service I've contacted want around 5k as a consulting fee.
Thanks in advance.
