paying employees

I got a question about paying employees(I don’t know much about paying employees or how it works etc, I only know a little bit)

I asked a few people some questions this week and some questions on quora, got some answers and some insight, I just wanted to double check something with you guys, here goes.

· If I hire employees to earn me revenue or money(getting paid to do certain tasks to earn money/revenue like watching videos-not youtube , writing articles, jobs, another business etc)
,can I pay them from the revenue I make and pay them regularly(i.e. every two weeks etc) from that source of revenue coming in

· Do I have to pay them straight away even if there is no money available,can I pay them in the first two weeks or weeks etc when the employees has earned me money/revenue and pay them from the revenue

(let me know if there is any spelling errors or anything like that, apparently I keep spelling words wrong, and let me know if my sentances dont make sense,also let me know if there is anything else wrong with this post please)

If you went to work for someone and they said 'ill pay you when/if I get some money' what would you do?

I would not work for them,I dont think this topic is really important as of right now,If I do start business I would properly get a loan to pay the employees and pay the loan back from the revenue I make in my business(get a loan to pay employees to write articles and earn some income/money/revenue and pay the loan back from the revenue I make)

How do you expect them to eat while they are waiting?

,good point,im going to have to scrap this potential business idea for several reasons

1.no one will lend me money maybe apart from my parents
2.if hire people to write articles,or watch vidoes,doing tasks to get paid and earn me money and i plan to pay them from revenue,client may not pay and may hold back pay

There is site that would pay clients,but they only pay on a Friday,and it takes up to three working days to receive the payments for writing articles,just to let you know,although I wont be hiring people to write articles to earn money just incase a client does not pay

Please, before you start any more stupid threads remember:

1. Nobody is going to lend you money.

2. Nobody (except family) is going to do anything for nothing

3 Nobody is going to give you any magic bullets or guaranteed income. (Though there are plenty who will sell them to you in the form of snake oil)

Thanks for the advice,sorry for stupid threads,(im just trying to figure out stuff-somethings I just dont understand at all,thats why im asking all of these stupid threads,plus I got autism which makes things hard,and im still trying to figure out something which is quiet hard and stressful which does not help along with ADHD-anger disorder)

im going to ask for professional help somewhere else which this site does not really seem to help at all(I dont mean to take any offense to this,by way im not being rude or anything like that),Im might ask a business consultant for some help and advice,hopefully they can help me in the future,thanks for advice you guys have given me again.I better log off before I get more stressed
